STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. QUOTATIONS
All quotations issued by the Company are valid for 24 (twenty-four) hours only from the date and time of issue. Quotation validity is limited due to volatility of the United States Dollar (USD) to South African Rand (ZAR) exchange rate. Prices may change without notice after expiry of the quotation period.
2. PRICING
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude delivery, installation, and additional service fees unless specifically included in writing. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms shall be as stated on the invoice. Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received.
4. SALES FINALITY POLICY
All sales are final. No cash refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns will be issued except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The Customer is responsible for confirming product suitability prior to purchase.
5. WARRANTY TERMS
All product warranties are manufacturer and supplier specific. Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer or supplier. Warranty registration is the responsibility of the Customer. The Company is not liable for supplier warranty delays or rejections
6. DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY
Goods identified as Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. DOA goods must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. All DOA assessments are subject to supplier approval.
7. OEM WARRANTY FLOW
All warranty claims follow the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) process. The Company acts only as a facilitator where applicable. Final warranty decisions are determined by the supplier or manufacturer.
8. SERIAL NUMBER TRACKING
All products supplied are recorded by serial number where applicable. Warranty claims require matching serial numbers. Tampering with serial numbers voids warranty eligibility.
9. SOFTWARE LICENSING DISCLAIMER
All software supplied is subject to individual software licensing agreements issued by the software manufacturer. The Company is not responsible for licensing errors, activation failures, or compliance obligations.
10. NON-RETURNABLE SPECIAL ORDERS
Special-order items and non-standard goods procured specifically for a Customer are nonreturnable and non-refundable.
11. DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier, supplier, or external factors.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the goods supplied.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including currency fluctuations, supplier shortages, and logistics disruptions.
14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Electronic communications including email constitute legally binding communication under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
15. PERSONAL INFORMATION (POPIA)
The Company processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
